The Subject Of Procurement Is The Control Devices And Control System For Outdoor Lighting In Street And Park Areas Of The City Of Oulu. There Are Approximately 600 Outdoor Lighting Centers And Approx. 45,000 Lamps Owned By The City Of Oulu. The Procurement Consists Of Two Entities: 1. Delivery And Commissioning Of Control Devices (Project Agreement) O Delivery Of Central Control Devices For Outdoor Lighting O Commissioning Of Control Devices In Cooperation With The Customers Contractor O Transferring The System To A New Control System So That The Operation Of The Current System Remains Uninterrupted Until The End Of Commissioning 2. Control System Services (Service Agreement) O Saas-Based Control System As A Ready-Made Software Product O System Maintenance, Software Updates, Monitoring And Technical Support O User Training For The Customers Personnel O Development Works And Expansions Ordered Separately By The Customer The Control System Works On A Center-By-Center Basis. The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Delivery And Connection Of The Service Platform To The Extent That The Installation Readiness Is Met. The Customer Is Responsible For Field Installations Of The Devices. A Fixed Monthly Price Is Paid For The Control System Services, Which Includes All The Services And Functionalities Specified In The Request For Quotation. The Customer Can Also Purchase Individual Devices And Order Development Work At Prices According To The Price Information Form In Appendix 2. The Prices In Appendix 2 Are Binding On The Service Provider, But The Amounts Presented In The Appendix Are Not Binding On The Subscriber (With The Exception Of Prices Per Contract Year). Preliminary Schedule: 1. Delivery Of Control Devices To The Customers Contractor January 2027 2. Commissioning Of The Control System Is Ready May 2027 The Schedule Will Be Specified With The Contract Supplier. The Old Control System Will Remain In Operation Until The New System Has Been Implemented In Its Entirety. The Outdoor Lighting Maintenance Contractor Of The City Of Oulu Is Responsible For The Installation Of The Service Providers Control Devices. The More Detailed Content Of The Procurement Is Described In The Attachments Of The Request For Tenders. The City Of Oulu Has Allocated A Maximum Of Eur 500,000 (Vat 0%) Investment Money For The Purchase Of The Investment Project (See Appendix 2 Price Information Form). The Offer Will Be Rejected As Contrary To The Request For Offers, If The Value Of The Offer For The Investment Project Exceeds Eur 500,000 (Vat 0%). The Control System Service Is Not Included In The Investment Project.
