By Sending This Tender Notice, Rødovre Municipality Has Launched A Public Tender, Cf. §§ 56-57 Of Act No. 1564 Of 15 December 2015 (The Tender Act) For A Framework Agreement That Includes Technical Advice And Assistance Regarding Architect, Landscape Architect And Engineering Work (Total Advice) In Connection With New Construction And Renovation Of Artificial Turf Fields Or Sports Facilities With Similar Functionality, E.G. Athletic Fields, Paddle Tennis, Hockey, Etc. On The Basis Of The Tender, A Framework Agreement Will Be Entered Into With One Supplier To Deliver The Services Covered By The Tendered Framework Agreement. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To Dkk 10 Million. Dkk Excl. Vat The Value Is Based On The Developers Historical Portfolio And Need For Total Advice Over The Past 4 Years. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To Dkk 20 Million. Dkk Excl. Vat The Span Is I.A. Determined Taking Into Account That The Presence Of Environmentally Hazardous Substances In The Soil (E.G. Pfas) Is Unknown, Which Is Why The Scope Of Advice For Dealing With This Problem Is Also Unknown At The Time Of The Tender. The Prospective Tenderer Is Not Guaranteed A Minimum Turnover Under The Framework Agreement, Just As The Client Is Not Obliged To Make Purchases Under The Framework Agreement. The Client Expects To Initiate The Following 3 Projects Immediately Following The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement: (1) Espelunden Sports Complex: Replacement Of Artificial Grass On Two Contiguous 11-Man Pitches With Sbr Infill To 11-Man Pitches With Alternative Infill. (2) Espelunden Sports Complex: Establishment Of 3 5-Man Artificial Grass Pitches (Grafting Pitches) North Of Existing 11-Man Pitches. (3) Espelunden Sports Complex: Drainage Project With Storage And Recycling Of Drainage Water From The Above-Mentioned Pitches For Watering The Nearby Stadium Pitch. The Content Of The Above Projects Is Described In More Detail In Connection With The Initiation Of The Process For Assigning Tasks Under The Framework Agreement, Including The Ordering Partys Description Of The Project When Preparing The Atr Form Attached Filled In Ticking Form (Yba 19). All 3 Projects Are Expected To Be Commissioned By Mid-2028 At The Latest.
