Architectural Services For Outdoor Areas – Open Space Planning Realization Competition With Idea Section For Closing Gaps In The Facility Ring, Offenbach Am Main. Reason And Goal: The Wilhelminian-Era Complex Ring In Offenbach Am Main Is A Historic Ring Road With Accompanying Tree-Lined Promenades, Green Spaces And Parks. The Facility Ring Was Built In Several Sections Starting In The Late 19Th Century And Runs In An Arc Around The Southern City Center. It Connects Different Urban Areas From The Western Part Of The City Via The Isenburgring And The Starkenburgring To Offenbach East. Today The Facility Ring In Its Entirety Is A Cultural Monument According To The Hessian Monument Protection Act. The Area Covered By This Competition Covers A Section Of The Facility Ring On The Southern Edge Of The City Center In The Transition Area Between Isenburgring, Starkenburgring And Sprendlinger Landstrasse. To The South Of The Processing Area Is The Sana Klinikum Offenbach. Over The Course Of Its Development, The Former Municipal Clinic Has Expanded Structurally Into The Facility Ring, Thereby Interrupting The Continuity Of The Historic Open Space Structure At This Point. As Part Of The Reorganization Of The Now Privatized Clinic Areas, The Land Located In The Axis Of The Facility Ring Was Reacquired By The City Of Offenbach. These Are Therefore Considered Part Of The Idea Within The Competition. This Competition Is Looking For Convincing Concepts For Closing Gaps And Upgrading The Open Space Of The Facility Ring. The Contributions Should Take Equal Account Of Climate Protection, Climate Adaptation, Species And Biotope Protection As Well As Biotope Networking And At The Same Time Contribute To Improving The Living Environment. Competition Participants: Landscape Architects Are Eligible To Participate. Landscape Architects Are Natural Persons Resident In The States Of The European Economic Area (Eea) And The States That Are Contracting Parties To The Wto Agreement On Public Procurement (Gpa) Who Are Entitled To Use The Professional Title Of Landscape Architect In Accordance With The Law Of Their Home State. If The Job Title Is Not Regulated By Law In The Applicants Home Country, Anyone Who Has A Diploma, Examination Certificate Or Other Proof Of Qualifications Meets The Professional Requirements
