Steel – National Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Deep Geothermal Steel Pipes And Accessories. The Purpose Of The Consultation Is To Establish A National Framework Agreement Providing For Supply Services For Deep Geothermal Steel Tubes And Accessories. This Framework Agreement Concerns Dalkia And Its Affiliated Companies, In Charge Of The Exploitation Of Geothermal Energy Or Required To Carry Out Work On Geothermal Energy Throughout The French Territory (Metropolitan). This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, For A Period Of Three Years, Renewable Twice Per Period Of One Year By Express Renewal (I.E. 5 Years Maximum). It Will Be Concluded With No Minimum Turnover And A Maximum Of 30 Million Euros Excluding Taxes Over Its Total Duration Of 5 Years. It Does Not Confer Exclusivity On The Holder Over The Needs Of The Contracting Entity.
