Canteen Management Services – Cafeteria Management (05/Fi-Ad/2026). The Contractor Operates The Cafeteria In His Own Name And At His Own Expense And Risk In Accordance With The Following Provisions Of This Contract To Supply The Clients Employees And Guests. The Client Currently Employs Around 600 People At Its Tannenstrasse 4B Location In Dresden. Against The Background Of Consultations And Training, Around 25 Guests/Visitors Can Also Use The Cafeterias Services Every Day. The Cafeteria Serves As A Gastronomic Center For Employees And Guests As Well As A Place For Communication And Relaxation During Breaks And Outside Of Working Hours. In Addition To A Diverse And High-Quality Range Of Food And Drinks, The Contractor Provides Other Services Tailored To His Work. These Are Based On The Agreed Quality Standards In Accordance With The Demands Of The Group Of Guests Within The Client. Aspects Such As Freshness And Variety In The Offering, Service Orientation Of All The Contractors Employees, Flexibility, Friendliness And Individuality For The Respective Individual Service Are Required As Essential Quality Standards For Daily Operational Services. The Contractor Assumes All Rights And Obligations For The Management Of A Gastronomic Establishment In Terms Of Catering For Employees And Guests As Required By The Applicable Laws And Regulations. The Structural And Other Investments (Each Property-Related) Required For The Proper Delivery And Supply Of Food And Drinks Are Borne By The Client. This Does Not Mean An Expansion Of The Inventory.
