The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Construction Permit And The Performance Of Authors Supervision For The Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization And Renovation Of The Buildings Of The Secondary School Complex No. 10. Eugeniusz Kwiatkowskiego At 10 Ignacego Krasickiego Street In Gdańsk As Part Of The Project Entitled: Improving Energy Efficiency In School Buildings Belonging To The Gdańsk Commune. As Part Of The Order, It Is Expected To Develop Complete Design Documentation For The Comprehensive Modernization Of The Buildings: School And Gymnasium In Order To Reduce The Costs Of Their Maintenance And Operation And Reduce Their Impact On The Environment. 2. The Scope Of Design Work Includes All Work And Activities Necessary To Complete The Task, In Particular: 2.1. Pre-Design Studies: 1) Map For Design Purposes; 2) Inventory Of School Buildings; 3) Energy Audit Of The Gymnasium Building And The Connector; 4) Construction And Technical And Installation Solutions Related To The Terrain Conditions; 5) Technical Construction Expertise Of School Buildings; 6) Industry Expertise; 7) Geotechnical Documentation. Geotechnical Conditions And Method Of Foundation Of The Building; 8) Mycological Examination Of The Facility, Including The Percentage Of Moisture In Building Structure Elements; 9) Chimney Inspection; 10) Technical Expertise On The State Of Fire Protection Along With A Fire Development Scenario; 11) Opinion Of The Fire Protection Expert For The Existing Condition Of The Buildings; 12) Natural Inventory, Including Chiropterological And Ornithological; 13) Dendrological Documentation Of The Investment; 14) Materials For Obtaining Derogations From The Applicable Technical Conditions (Including Obtaining A Decision On The Above-Mentioned Derogations) - Optional; 15) Technical And Implementation Conditions, Agreements, Consents And Permits Related To The Connection Or Change Of Existing Connections Of Facilities To External Networks And The Communication System; 16) Other Studies That Will Prove Necessary During Design Work. 2.2.
