In View Of This, The Ordering Party Offers A Contract Whose Purpose Is To Support And Strengthen The Ordering Partys Own Operational It Security Through The Provision Of A Managed Detection And Response (Mdr) Service From A Security Operations Center (Soc). The Mdr Service Must Use And Supplement The Ordering Partys Xdr Platform With Round-The-Clock Monitoring, Analysis, Detection, Validation, Escalation And Handling Of Security Incidents. With The Tender, The Ordering Party Wants Access To A Professional Mdr Service That Can Meet The Ordering Partys High Demands For Quality, Robustness And Efficiency, As Well As A Supplier That Can Engage In Ongoing Dialogue With The Ordering Party About Developments In Cyber Security, Including The Threat Picture, Technological Options, Automation, Competence Development And Ongoing Improvements To The Security Level. The Supplier Must Carry Out A Technical, Organizational And Procedural Transition In, Which Ensures That The Ongoing Mdr Services Can Be Delivered From The Transition To The Operational Phase.
