The Subject Of This Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Road System Connecting Ul. Antoni Tabaka From Ul. Tysiąclecia In Swarzędz Along With The Construction Of A Collision-Free Passage Under The Tracks (Railway Viaduct) At The Level Of Ul. Tabaka In Swarzędz At Km 292.400 Of Railway Line No. 3 Warszawa Zachodnia-Kunowice. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz And In Annex No. 14 - Technical Documentation. Other Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 10. 2. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Orders In Accordance With Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law (Up To Pln 25,000,000.00) In The Event Of The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law. The Subject Of The Said Contracts Will Be Similar Construction Works Or Services Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Contract. The Ordering Party Anticipates Awarding This Type Of Contracts, In Particular, When There Is A Necessity And/Or Need To Perform Scopes Of Work Not Currently Included In The Scope Of The Basic Order, And The Performance Of Which Will Be Possible By Repeating Similar Construction Works Or Services As Provided For In The Scope Of The Basic Order - In Particular In The Event Of The Need/Need For Reconstruction/Renovation Of Streets/Roads/Communication Routes Adjacent To The Investment - Expected Execution Of Works In The Scope Of: 1) Group I - Road Works With Road Greenery - Construction/Reconstruction Works /Renovation Of Streets And Roads And Execution Of A Range Of Works Related To The Care And Implementation Of Road Greenery (In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities For This Order); 2) Group Ii - Industrial Works - Construction/Expansion/Reconstruction Of Networks, Connections, Installations: • Sanitary, Heat Pipelines, Gas Pipelines - Works In The Field Of Construction, Reconstruction, Expansion Of Networks And Installations, Removal Of Conflicts With Installations/Networks (In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities For This Order); • Electrical - In The Scope Of Construction And Reconstruction Of Street Lighting, Construction And Reconstruction Of Cable Power Lines, Traffic Lights (In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities For This Order); • Telecommunications - In The Scope Of Construction Or Reconstruction Of Telecommunications Infrastructure (In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities For This Order); 3) Group Iii - Construction Works, Works Related To The Construction, Reconstruction Or Expansion Of An Engineering Facility (In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities For This Order).
