Coaching Services – Ipa-Coach. An External Ipa Coach Is Being Sought To Support The Implementation Of The Expansion Building For Operating Theaters (Eop) At The Aachen University Hospital Aör. This Takes Over The Methodological, Procedural And Cultural Support Of The Project As Part Of Integrated Project Management (Ipa) Based On The Principle Of A Multi-Party Contract. The Ipa Coach Acts As A Neutral, All-Party Source Of Inspiration Between Those Involved In The Project (Client, Planner, Executing Company, User) And, Through Moderation, Coaching And Structural Work, Contributes To Maintaining The Collaborative Principles Of Ipa Across All Project Phases - Especially During Implementation And Commissioning. The Central Tasks Of The Ipa Coach Are In Particular: - Supporting And Moderating The Project Steering And Decision-Making Bodies (E.G. Pmt, Smt) - Promoting Partnership-Based Collaboration And Project Culture (E.G. Through Workshops, Individual Coaching, Feedback Formats) - Early Conflict Detection And Moderation During The Course Of The Project - Structuring And Moderating Lessons Learned And Continuous Improvement - Support In The Application And Consolidation Of Lean Methods (E.G. Last Planner, Cooperation Barometer, Target Cost Work) The Service Is Awarded As A Service As Part Of A Phased Call-Off Contract. The Need For Support Is Estimated At 375 Days (Based On 8 Hours), Whereby The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Includes A Call Quota Of A Maximum Of 750 Person-Days Over The Term.
