The Subject Of The Order Covers The Provision Of Services For The Organization, Mediation And Administration Of Tourist Trips And Related Tourist Services For Students, Teachers, Employees And Guests Of The Contracting Authority For Participation In Competitions, Olympiads, Business Trips, Trainings, Cultural, Sports, Educational And Other Events In The Country And Abroad, Including The Provision Of Ground Transport Through Carriers Having The Right To Carry Out The Relevant Type Of Transport, Accommodation, Transfers, Insurance And Other Accompanying Tourist Services. The Services Are Requested And Performed Periodically, Through Separate Written Requests Of The Contracting Authority, According To Its Specific Needs. The Specified Scope Is Estimated And Does Not Create An Obligation For The Employer To Request The Services In Full. The Term For The Execution Of The Order Is 36 (Thirty-Six) Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Or Until The Maximum Financial Resources Of The Contracting Authority Are Reached - Whichever Of The Two Events Occurs Earlier.
