Request for proposals for Climate Resilient Agri-Food Trade Promotion Support CRAFTS) Project Issuance of RFP 14 August 2026 17:00 Closing date and proposal due 07 September 2026 23.59 Negotiation with Top proponents 14 September 2026 08:00 to 17:00 Completion of proposal evaluations 18 September 2026 17:00 Select vendor and Contract award 24 September 2026 17:00 Expected commencement of work 1st October 2026 N/A Completion assignment including all deliverables 1st March 2027 17:00 Value Chain Specific Export Readiness Ecosystems Assessment (Indonesia and Philippines) Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Export Readiness and Trade Support Institutions (TSIs) Services Assessment on the selected value chain of processed food sector The objective of this activity is to assess the capacity per country minimum of 4 (four) Trade Support Institutions (TSIs), minimum of 10 (ten) Agri-Food Technology Providers (AFTPs), regulatory bodies, and export-related business service providers to support SMEs in achieving export competitiveness and accessing Canadian markets. The assessment will take into consideration SMEs export readiness gaps as identified in Activity 3. The evaluation will examine whether existing institutions possess the required technical capacity, services, partnerships, and delivery mechanisms to address the export readiness gaps identified through Activity 3. The assessment will use mixed-method approaches, including structured institutional surveys, Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), institutional capacity assessments, and service mapping exercises. Stakeholders consulted will include TSIs, AFTPs, regulatory agencies, certification bodies, export promotion organizations, financial institutions, business development service providers, technology providers and industry associations.
