Tenders Are Invited For Boom Equipment As Well As Vehicle Access Control System For Nokian City Materials Reception Locations

The Object Of The Procurement Is Boom Equipment And A Vehicle Access Control System, Which Are Used To Prevent Unwanted Traffic To The Material Reception Locations Of The City Of Nokia (Hereafter The Customer), Manage Access Rights And Collect Information About Vehicles Driving Into The Area. The Reception Places Are Unmanned. By Signing The Contract, The Customer Acquires The Three (3) Boom And Access Control Equipment And The Access Control System To Be Connected To Them As Defined In Appendix A Draft Agreement And Appendix 1 Description Of The Object Of Procurement. These Must Be Fully Installed No Later Than December 31, 2026 And Ready For Production Use No Later Than March 1, 2027. Locations Of The Boom And Access Control Equipment Are Shown In Appendix 2 Of The Request For Tenders Locations Of Boom Equipment. Option: The Customer Reserves The Option To Expand The Service During The Contract Period. The Service Can Be Extended, If Necessary, During The Contract Period To Other Different Warehouse Areas Or Circular Economy Areas Of The Customer. If The Customer Expands The Service, The Prices Given By The Provider In Its Offer Will Be Followed For The Ordered Products And Service. Option: The Purchase Includes As An Option Load Monitoring And Mass Management, The Purpose Of Which Is To Collect Information About The Masses Moving In The Area And To Photograph The Loads With A Separate Load Camera. Before Driving To The Area And Opening The Gates, The Customer And/Or The Driver Must Record Information About The Areas Masses, I.E. What Material Is Taken To The Area And What Is Retrieved From There And How Much. The Subscriber Has The Right, But Not The Obligation, To Use The Option During The Contract Period. The Tenderer Must Also Offer A System For Mass Management In Addition To Access Control. The Contract Is Concluded For An Indefinite Period. Based On The Competition, One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected.
