The Object Of The Acquisition Is Construction, Supervision Of Construction Work, General Supervision And Safety Coordinator Tasks For The Use Of Kuopio Opiskelija-Asunnot Oy. The Customer Also Does All The Work To Be Procured Himself, And With This Procurement We Are Seeking Additional Resources For The Customer. The Work Is Ordered As Needed And The Customer Is Not Committed To The Order Quantities. In Procurement, A Framework Arrangement Is Being Established, For Which Three (3) Suppliers Are Being Applied For. The Contract Period Is Planned To Start During The Fall Of 2026. The Contract Period Enters Into Force When Both Parties Have Signed The Contract And Continues For A Fixed Period Until September 30, 2028. It Is Possible To Extend The Contract With Two (2) One (1) Year Option Periods. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is 160,000 Euros, Including The Actual Contract Period And Option Periods. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is 160,000 Euros, Including The Actual Contract Period And Option Periods. If The Anticipated Value Of The Acquisition And The Maximum Value Have Been Reached Before The End Of The Fixed-Term Contract Or The Option Period That May Have Been Introduced, The Framework Arrangement Ends. In This Case, The Supplier Has No Claims Against The Customer Or The Subscriber.
