Works In The Nursery Buildings Of The Municipal Brigade.The Present Public Works Contract Has As Its Object The Execution Of The Works Described In The Following Projects: - Technical Project For The Structural Reinforcement Of Two Existing Warehouses In The Town Hall Brigade Initially Approved By Decree Of The Delegate Councilor For The Urban Planning And Housing Area, Dated November 13, 2025 And Became Final Approved On Date 12 January 2026. The Project Was Modified By Decree Of The Same Councilor On May 6, 2026. - Executive Project Of A Photovoltaic Installation Of 117.03 Kwp For Collective Self-Consumption With Compensation Of Surpluses To The Ships Of The Reus Brigade Initially Approved By Decree Of The Delegate Councilor For The Area Of Environment, Sustainability And Road Public, Dated November 17, 2025 And Became Final Approved On January 14, 2026. Regarding The Photovoltaic Installation Project, This Installation Will Be Connected In Supply Mode With Collective Self-Consumption With Surplus Received For Compensation, According To Rd 244/2019. The Installations Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Rd 15/2018 And Rd 244/2019 As Well As The Regulations That Derive From Them. The General Technical Installation Conditions On Which This Tender Is Based Are Referred To In The Section Corresponding To The Project. The Specifics (Or Details) Of These General Technical Conditions Can Be Found In The Technical Specifications. The Territorial Area Where The Tasks Associated With This Contract Will Be Framed Is A Municipal Equipment Chosen According To The Consumption Criteria And Availability Of Cover.
