This Means That Users Who Have A Decision On Bpa Can Choose Between Private Suppliers Who Have Been Granted A Licence. When A User Receives Services Organized As Bpa, The User Himself, Or A Staff Manager, Must Be The Manager Of The Assistants. It Is Important That The Supervisor Is Well Acquainted With The Responsibilities And Tasks That Come With The Role. The Supervisor Or Supervisor Has Day-To-Day Responsibility In The Bpa Scheme. User-Controlled Personal Assistance Can Also Be Offered To People Who Cannot Take Care Of The Management Themselves, Where Other People Take Care Of The User Management On Behalf Of Or In Collaboration With The User. The Value Of The Acquisition Is Estimated At: Nok 4,500,000 Ex. Vat Per Year. The Volume Is An Estimate And Is Not Binding On The Client. However, It Is Pointed Out That The Client Does Not Commit To Any Specific Volume, As Changes In Needs, Activity, Budget And Routines Can Affect The Total Volume. Environment: The Client Considers That The Procurement Of Bpa, Where The Core Of The Delivery Is Labour, Will Only Have A Marginal Climate Footprint And Environmental Impact. Other Elements, Such As The Type Of Car The Person Drives, Are Considered To Lie Outside The Nature Of The Acquisition And Are Therefore Not Assessed Further. On The Basis Of Its Justification, The Client Will Use The Exception Provision In The Concession Contract Regulation § 7-6 Third Paragraph, As The Procurement Is Considered To Have A Climate Footprint And An Environmental Impact That Is Insignificant By Its Nature.
