The Existing Stairs Are A Tiled Concrete Staircase That Has Been The Subject Of Several Minor Improvements Over Time. The Condition Is Now Such That Further Point-By-Point Repairs Are Not Considered Appropriate. There Are Particularly The Following Challenges: · Tile Adhesive Absorbs Water, Which Leads To Frost Cracking In Winter · Solutions Are Worn And Uneven After Previous Repairs · Surfaces Are Perceived As Slippery And Increase The Risk Of Falling, Especially In Wet Or Snowy Conditions
