The Qualification System (Ks) Is Created On The Basis Of Art. 141, Para. 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppa), In Order To Carry Out A Preliminary Selection Of Business Entities To Be Entered In The Cs And To Participate In The Subsequent Procedures Conducted By The Contracting Authority For Awarding Public Contracts Falling Within The Scope Of The Cs, With The Subject: Supply Of Components And Water Meters And Phased Construction Of A System For Intelligent Consumption Measurement - Stage 2. Within The Framework Of The Qualification System, One Or More Activities Will Be Assigned: Supply Of Water Meters, As Well As Components For The Phased Construction Of The Smart Consumption Metering System, Specified In The Technical Specification. The Activities For The Phased Construction Of The System For Intelligent Consumption Measurement Using Water Meters Include One Or More Of The Following Activities: Supply Of Water Meters, Supply Of Components - Modules And Impulse Terminals/Readers; Supply, Installation And Configuration Of Software Platform For Analytical Data Processing, Supply Of Licenses/Construction Of Software Platform For Analytical Data Processing, License Support Of Software Platform For Analytical Data Processing, Provision Of Communication Environment For Data Transfer And Data Storage.
