The Subject Of This Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Provide Information And Publicity Under The Project Discover, Develop, Inspire The Talent In Every Child, Contract No. Bg05sfpr001-2.003-0073-C01 Under The Education Program 2021 - 2027, Procedure Bg05sfpr001-2.003 Support For Students With Talents, By Specific Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 - Development Of Advertising And Information Materials In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Discover, Develop, Inspire The Talent In Every Child, Contract No. Bg05sfpr001-2.003-0073-C01 Under The Education Program 2021 - 2027, Procedure Bg05sfpr001-2.003 Support For Students With Talents; Separate Position No. 2 - Organization Of Events, Publications And Broadcasts In Regional Media In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Discover, Develop, Inspire The Talent In Every Child, Contract No. Bg05sfpr001-2.003-0073-C01 Under The Education Program 2021 - 2027, Procedure Bg05sfpr001-2.003 Support For Students With Talents. * In View Of The Fact That Part Of The Activities/Services Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement Under Separate Item No. 1 In Accordance With The General Glossary Of Terms Fall Under The List Of Goods And Services Approved By The Council Of Ministers With Decision No. 591/18.07.2016 Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, Which Are Intended For Awarding Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or For Business Entities Whose Main Purpose Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position, The Public Procurement In The Part Under Special Position No. 1 Is Reserved On The Basis Of Article 12 Of The Public Procurement Act, In Connection With Art. 80 Of Ppzop. Pursuant To Art. 12, Para. 7 Of The Public Procurement Act, Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In This Public Procurement For The Assigned Activities Under Special Position No. 1, But Their Bids Will Be Considered Only If There Are No Bids From The Persons For Whom The Bid Is Reserved. When, In A Procedure For Awarding A Reserved Order, Bids Are Submitted Both By Persons For Whom The Order Is Reserved And By Other Persons, The Commission Examines The Documents Under Art. 39, Para. 2 Of The Ppzop To All Participants And Provides Them With The Opportunity To Remove Identified Deficiencies, Incompleteness Or Inconsistencies Of The Information In Them, If Any. After Carrying Out The Selection, The Committee First Examines The Offers Of The Admitted Persons For Whom The Order Has Been Reserved, And If There Are None, The Offers Of The Other Admitted Persons Are Also Considered.
