The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Net Amounts Of Active Electricity At Medium And Low Voltage To The Sites Of The Ministry Of Health (Moh/Contractor) And The Provision Of Services By Performing Activities As A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group According To The Energy Act (Ee), The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy (Pikee). The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. ​​​​​​​The Main Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Determined In Accordance With Art. 11, Para. 2 Of The Zop.
