The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of External Services For The Management Of Project No. Robg00424 With The Acronym B-Green For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Byala As A Lead Partner - Provision Of Expert Capacity For Coordination, Monitoring, Reporting And Specialized Technical Assistance In The Implementation Of Activities Under Wp1, Wp2 And Wp3, In Strict Accordance With The Project Implementation Manual (Pim), The Subsidy Contract And The Approved Application Form Form/. The Contractor Provides A Team Of Four External Experts (External Management Services/Consulting), Which Complement The Internal Joint Management Team Of The Employer. According To Section C.7.1 Of The Application Form, The External Services To Be Procured Are Not Available At The Management Team Level And Staff Costs Do Not Fund The Type Of External Expertise And Services To Be Procured Under This Procurement.
