Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Electronic Security Systems Along With Accompanying Works - Based On Existing Documentation And In The Design And Build Formula - In The Museum Buildings

1. The Subject Of This Agreement Is The Construction Of Electronic Security Systems (Hereinafter Referred To As Esz) Based On The Existing Documentation Provided, As Well As The Design And Construction Of Esz On The Premises Of The Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, Together With The Authors Supervision Over The Documentation Created And Existing, Taking Into Account Section 4.2. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of:2.1. Design Phase I - Including The Development Of Design Documentation (Documentation Created).2.2. Phase Ii Executation - Covering The Execution Of Construction Works Based On Existing Documentation And Documentation Created Together With The Authors Supervision Over Construction Works Covered By The Entire Design Documentation (Including Existing Documentation) 2.3. Phase Iii - Including The Performance Of Obligations Arising From The Guarantee And Warranty Described In §19.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract For Phase I And Phase Ii Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, While The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract For Phase Iii - Is Specified In §19 And Annex No. 4 To The Agreement.4. The Contractor Will Not Perform Authors Supervision Over The Construction Of The Esz In Buildings B-139, Hostel, A-1 Until September 12, 2027, But Will Perform This Supervision After That Date On The Terms Specified In This Agreement.5. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Also Includes Those Activities That Are Not Expressly Mentioned In The Agreement Or The Annexes, And Which The Contractor Could Or Should Have Foreseen As Necessary To Perform The Subject Matter Of The Agreement While Maintaining The Due Diligence Required Of The Contractor, And The Need To Perform Which Will Become Apparent During The Implementation Of The Agreement.
