The Scope Of The Order In Question Includes The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Oleśnica, In Particular Insulating The External Walls Of The Building With 10 Cm Thick Styrofoam And A Thermal Conductivity Coefficient Of Λ ≤ 0.031 W/M*K Together With The Implementation Of Façade Plaster (In Accordance With The Visualization Included In The Project). The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: - Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation (System Heating), - Replacement Of Windows And Garage Gates, - Replacement Of External Doors - Insulation Of The Ceiling - Replacement Of Internal And External Lighting - Adaptation Of The Building To The Needs Of Disabled People And Performance Of All Works To Ensure Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Together With Attachments, I.E.: 1) Design Documentation. 2) Bill Of Quantities. 3) Detailed Technical Specifications. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Ensuring Proper Security, Fencing And Marking Of The Construction Site, 2) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Handing It Over To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, 3) Providing As-Built Documentation, 4) Performing The Required Post-Construction Tests And Measurements In The Field Of Construction And Electrical Works, 5) Full Liability Of The Contractor For Violating Environmental Protection Regulations On The Construction Site And In The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site And Dealing With Waste To An Extent Completely Exempting The Ordering Party From This Liability, 6) Performance Of The Order In Full Compliance With The Do No Serious Harm Principle - The Dns Principle, 7) Confirmation By The Contractor Of Compliance With The Dnsh Principle, 8) Documenting To The Ordering Party That The Works Have Been Carried Out In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Contract In Question Are Also Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz.
