The Building Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Detailed Scope Of Work Includes:1. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) - Annex No. 7 To Swz.2. Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 8 To Swzthe Bill Of Quantities Contains A List Of Expected Works And Is Provided Solely To Help Contractors Estimate The Costs Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order (They Are Of Auxiliary Nature And Do Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation). The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills And With The Contractors Due Diligence. The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of The Works And The Quality Of Materials Used To Perform The Task. All Materials And Equipment Used To Complete The Order Must Have Valid Guarantees, Certificates, Approvals Or Certificates Allowing For Use In Construction.
