1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Demolition Of Farm Buildings On Plot No. 317, 342 Dr. At Ul. Ogrodowa In Kowary.2. The Scope Of Demolition Works Includes: 1) Equipment Elements 2) Window And Door Joinery 3) Installation Elements 4) Roofing And Sheet Metal Flashings 5) Roofs, Roof Trusses 6) Ceiling Above The Ground Floor, First Floor And Attic 7) Walls Of All Floors 8) Foundations 3. Requirements And General Information, Organization Of Work: 1) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed With Due Care, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Contractor Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Implementation In Accordance With The Contract, Scope And Design Documentation; 2) The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Request For Quotation, Containing: Construction Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Decision No. 232/2026 For Demolition Works And Decision No. 690/2026 Of The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments.3) The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To: - Maintain Cleanliness And Order On The Implementation Site And Its Surroundings, - Carry Out The Implementation In A Way That Does Not Cause Damage, Including Threats To The Safety Of People And Property And Ensures Protection Against Damage Or Destruction Of Public Or Private Property, - Tidy Up The Area After Completion Of The Implementation; 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage Waste Generated In Connection With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item 1587, As Amended).5) Access To The Facilities Will Be Via Existing Local Roads, Adapted To Existing Traffic Restrictions And Regulations. During The Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Need To Travel And Use Roads To A Greater Extent Than Specified In Local Regulations, The Contractor Will Obtain Appropriate Permits At His Own Expense;4. Occupational Health And Safety Conditions: 1) The Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Requirements Will Be Complied With During The Execution Of The Work; 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, At His Own Expense, Appropriate Security, Clothing And Equipment For Those Performing The Work, In Particular In Dangerous And Health-Damaging Conditions. The Contractor Will Provide And Maintain All Safety And Social Devices And Equipment, Appropriate Clothing To Protect The Life And Health Of Employees To Ensure Safety;3) All Costs Related To Fulfilling The Requirements Specified Above Are Not Subject To Separate Payment And Will Be Included In The Offer Price. The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will Organize And Maintain The Site For The Work Base, If Necessary.5. Equipment Requirements: 1) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Proper Maintenance And Use Of The Equipment
