Subject Of The Order Under Part I - Construction Works Consisting In The Creation Of A Playground And Land Development As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of Sports And Recreational Infrastructure In Skrbeńsk, In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works And Leveling Of The Area, 2) Construction Of A Fence For The Playground, 3) Construction Of A Safe Sand Surface, 4) Construction Of A Hardened Access Made Of Paving Stones, Meeting Accessibility Requirements, 5) Installation Of Small Architectural Elements Owned By The Ordering Party Along With The Renovation Of Benches And Accompanying Works, 6) Delivery And Assembly Of An Accessible Bench For People With Disabilities, 7) Delivery And Installation Of A Sandbox Cover, 8) Performance Of All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task. The Playground Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture Intended For Installation Are The Property Of The Ordering Party And Come From The Dismantling Of The Existing Playground. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include The Delivery Of New Devices (Except For A Bench Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities And A Sandbox Cover), But Includes The Transport Of Dismantled Devices And Small Architecture Elements From Their Storage Place, Located Approximately 60 M From The Place Of Installation, Their Reassembly Along With The Execution Of The Necessary Foundations And All Accompanying Works. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Assemble The Devices From Components And Perform Necessary Repairs And Maintenance Works, Including Replacement Of Small Fasteners, Cleaning And Possible Local Or Complete Restoration Of Paint Coatings, If Necessary. The Order Also Requires The Renovation Of 10 Benches Owned By The Ordering Party By Replacing All Wooden Elements With New Ones And Preparing Steel Structures For Painting, Including In Particular The Removal Of Old Paint Coatings, Cleaning And Anti-Corrosion Protection, And Then Applying New Paint Coatings. In The Offer Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Activities, Materials, Equipment And Costs Necessary To Perform The Above. Works, Including Transport Of Devices, Their Assembly, Construction Of Foundations, Assembly Of Elements, Repairs, Renovation Of Benches, Maintenance, Painting And Any Other Necessary Accompanying Works.
