1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Facade Of The Building Of The Social Services Center In Czeladź, Located At Ul. 17 Lipca 27, On Plot No. 13158, Czeladź District. The Scope Of Modernization Of The Façade Includes In Particular The Following Works: 1) Preparatory And Organizational Work, Including Preparation, Security, Marking And Proper Development Of The Work Area; 2) Dismantling Of Existing Polycarbonate Roofs, Located Over The Four Entrances To The Building, 3) Dismantling Of Existing External Roller Blinds Mounted On All Windows Ground Floor Of The Building, 4) Dismantling The Existing Downpipes Along With The Necessary Fastening Elements, 5) Dismantling, For The Duration Of The Works, Small Elements Of Equipment And Installations Mounted On The Facade, In Particular Cameras, Lighting Fixtures And Other Elements Interfering With The Scope Of The Works, And Then Reassembling Them, 6) Cleaning And Washing The Entire Surface Of The Facade From Dirt, Deposits, Dust, Dust, Atmospheric Deposits And Other Contaminants, Using Appropriate Selected Pressure Washer And Technology Adapted To The Type And Condition Of The Existing Substrate,7) Preparation And Repair Of The Substrate Of The Buildings Facade,8) Applying A New Reinforcing Layer Of Adhesive Mortar And Fiberglass Mesh On The Entire Surface Of The Facade, Along With Prior Preparation Of The Substrate, Including Necessary Repairs, Additions, Leveling And Strengthening Of The Existing Facade Layers,9) Priming The Entire Surface Of The Facade With A Primer And Applying A Thin-Layer Plaster Silicone,10) Cleaning And Painting Of Existing External Window Sills,11) Delivery And Installation Of A New Guyed Glass Roof Over The Main Entrance To The Building, With A Set Of Supporting Structures, Fastening Elements And Necessary Installation Accessories;12) Delivery And Installation Of New External Roller Blinds On All Windows And Doors Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building, Together With A Set Of Mounting Elements And Necessary Equipment,13) Delivery And Installation Of New Pvc Downpipes, Along With The Execution Of The Necessary Connections, Handles, Fastenings And Supplementary Elements,14) Removal, Management And Disposal Of Materials And Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Works, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations,15) Performance Of All Other Works, Auxiliary, Security, Reconstruction And Finishing Works That Are Necessary For The Proper, Complete And Intended Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, Even If They Are Not Specified Directly In The Above List.2.
