1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Construction Of A Gravity Sanitary Sewage System In Ul. Łubinowa In The Commune Of Brzezinka, Which Include In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Fragment Of The Gravity Sanitary Sewage Network With A Length Of Approx. 220 M; 2) Construction Of Extensions (Sections Of The Network From The Well To The Boundary Of The Property From Which The Sewage Will Be Discharged); 3) Development Of Sewage Wells On Pipelines; 4) Surface Works (Demolition And Reconstruction); 5) Road Works In The Street Where The Sanitary Sewage System Was Carried Out, Consisting In Reconstruction In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities, Arrangements, And Building Permit. 3. The Attached Design Documentation Is Being Implemented In Stages, And The Scope Indicated Above Is One Of Its Elements.4. After Completing The Works, The Pipelines Should Be Tested For Leaks And Checked Using A Camera, Asphalt Surface Should Be Laid And The Sidewalks Should Be Repaired In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities.5. After Completing The Works, The Contractors Obligation Is To Obtain A Valid Permit To Use The Subject Of The Order.6. Rules For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Obligations Of The Parties; 2) Participants Of The Investment Process; 3) Deadlines 4) Rules For The Execution And Settlement Of Works; 5) Suspension Of Works; 6) Types Of Acceptance And Rules For Carrying Them Out; 7) Quality Control - Disclosure And Removal Of Defects And Defects; 8) Contractual Penalties; 9) Contractors Remuneration And Payment Rules; 10) Amendments To The Contract; Are Specified In Detail In The Material Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 8 To Swz.7. Warranty - The Duration Of The Warranty And Warranty Period For The Construction Works Performed And The Delivered And Built-In Materials Is A Minimum Period Of 60 Months And A Maximum Period Of 72 Months From The Signing Of The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol. The Contractor Should Have An Insurance Policy Stating That He Is Insured Against All Risks And Liabilities Related To The Implementation Of The Agreement, In Particular In The Scope Of Civil Liability (Oc) Of The Contractor In Connection With His Business Activities, Covering At Least Damage Suffered By Third Parties As A Result Of Death, Bodily Injury, Health Disorder (Personal Injury Or As A Result Of Loss, Destruction Of Own Or Third Parties Property, As Well As Damage Caused By Errors (Material Damage) Arising In Connection With Performance Of Construction Works And Other Works Covered During The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Subject Of The Contract. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Partial Offer Invoice In Accordance With The Attached Bill Of Quantities On The Terms Specified In Point 20.3 Of Swz.10
