3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works On The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Wojnicz Commune - Design And Build.3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Two Stages Of Execution: 3.3.1. Stage 1 - Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Cost Estimates, Individually For Each Home Sewage Treatment Plant, Hereinafter Referred To As Poś, Including: A) Obtaining All Documents Required By Law Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works, In Particular The Required Arrangements Or Permits, Including: In The Appropriate Catchment Management Board Of The Regional Water Management Board In Krakow (Pgw Wody Polskie), If Necessary. B) Notification Of Construction Works At The District Office In Tarnów Along With Obtaining No-Objection Certificates Or Obtaining Valid Building Permits, If Required.3.3.2. Stage 2 - Execution Of Construction Works Assuming The Following Conditions: A) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of 50 Home Sewage Treatment Plants (Using Rotating Biological Bed Technology) With A Certificate Of Compliance With The Pn-En 12566-3 + A2:2013 Standard Or A Newer, Equivalent One, Along With All Devices, Installations And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Environmental Protection Plant. B) The Scope Of Works Also Includes Connection To The Sanitary Sewage System From The Residential Building, Discharge Of Treated Sewage, Electrical Power Supply To The Treatment Plant, And Technical And Technological Commissioning. C) Household Sewage Treatment Plants Will Be Constructed In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation, Verified And Approved By The Ordering Party. In The Event Of A Change In The Location Of The Environmental Protection Program Other Than That Indicated In The Fup, The New Location Should Be Agreed With The Owner(S) Of The Plot And The Employer. If It Is Not Possible To Install A Wwtp On A Given Plot Or If The Owner Does Not Consent, The Ordering Party Will Indicate To The Contractor A New Location Of The Wwtp Without Changing The Remuneration. D) The Subject Of The Order Is Also The Preparation Of A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Of All Constructed Domestic Sewage Treatment Plants. E) Preparation And Submission Of Applications For Occupancy Permits Together With Obtaining Occupancy Permits (If Required) Or Reporting The Completion Of Works Together With Obtaining A Certificate Of Lack Of Grounds For Objection, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard, Standards, Guidelines And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.3.4. The Sewage Treatment Plants Will Be Located In The Wojnicz Commune, Biadoliny Radłowskie, Dębina Łętowska, Dębina Zakrzowska, Grabno, Łopoń, Łukanowice, Milówka, Olszyny, Sukmanie, Wielka Wieś, Więckowice, Wojnicz, Zakrzów.3.5.
