The Subject Of The Order Is To Increase The Digital Credibility And Quality Of The Land And Building Register (Hereinafter Referred To As Egib) Along With Its Update Through A Service Consisting In Verifying And Updating The Attributes Of Boundary Points And Plot Areas, Finding Boundary Signs, Designating Boundary Points And Determining The Boundaries Of Cadastral Plots In Accordance With The Egib Regulation Without Stabilization With Boundary Signs In The Scope Of Designated Cadastral Plots Constituting District Roads In The Voivodeship Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Fekp.01.02-Iz.00-0001/25 Infostrada Kujawy And Pomerania 3.0 Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For Kujawy And Pomerania For 2021-2027, Priority 1. European Funds To Increase The Innovation And Competitiveness Of The Region, Action 01.2 Digital Region As Part Of The Infostrada Kujawy And Pomerania 3.0 Project 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Swz, The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, The Submitted Offer And Other Documents Of The Procedure.
