The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Investors Supervision As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Reconstruction Of Part Of Wing B Of The Main Hospital Complex In Order To Create A Complex Of Rooms For Outpatient Specialist Care. The Ordering Party Requires That Throughout The Period Of Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Indicated In Section 1-2 Above, The Contractor Had The Following People Dedicated To The Implementation Of Investor Supervision Services: 1) Investor Supervision Inspector In The Construction And Construction Specialization; 2) Investor Supervision Inspector In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices; 3) Investor Supervision Inspector In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Electrical Networks, Installations And Devices Power Engineering; 4) Investor Supervision Inspector In The Field Of Telecommunications Installations. 5. The Scope Of Duties Of Investor Supervision Inspectors Provided By The Contractor Includes The Activities Indicated In Art. 25-26 Of The Construction Law Act, I.E., Among Others, Activities: 1) Representing The Ordering Party On The Construction Site; 2) Checking The Compliance Of Construction Works With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 3) Quality Control Of The Works Performed And Materials Used; 4) Checking Quality Documents, Declarations Of Performance Properties, Certificates And Attestations; 5) Supervision Over The Documentation, Including Checking The Correctness Of Keeping The Internal Construction Log, Verifying As-Built Documentation, Checking The Operating Instructions, And Verifying The Completeness Of Documents Acceptance;6)Control Of Compliance Of Construction Works With The Schedule;7)Control Of Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations By The Contractor Of Construction Works;8)Confirmation Of Works That Disappear And Are Covered;9)Supervision Of: Tightness Tests, Installation Commissioning, Electrical Measurements, Ventilation Measurements, Installation Adjustments, Ssp Tests, Dso Tests, Access Control Tests, Call System Tests;10) Participation In Partial, Technical And Final Acceptance Of Construction Works; 11) Confirmation Of Actually Performed Construction Works; 12) Verification Of As-Built Documentation Prepared By The Construction Works Contractor; 13) Giving Opinions On Replacement, Additional And Abandoned Works Carried Out By The Construction Works Contractor; 14) Participating In The Analyzes Of The Construction Works Contractors Claims Carried Out By The Ordering Party; 15) Giving Opinions On Material Applications; 16) Participating In Meetings Coordination Of The Ordering Party And The Construction Works Contractor;17) Informing The Ordering Party About Threats To The Deadline, Quality
