The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment In The Sulechów Commune In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan. 2. The Scope Of Services Includes The Preparation Of:2.1. Task A: Draft Decisions On Determining The Conditions Of Development - 150 Pieces Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment - 5 Pieces The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: Receive From The Ordering Party Prepared Photocopies Or Scans Of Complete Applications For Issuing Decisions On Development Conditions, Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, As Well As Photocopies Or Scans Of Other Documents Submitted To The Files Of Proceedings Conducted On The Basis Of The Applications, Including The Positions (Opinions, Consents, Etc.) Of The Competent Authorities Or Institution. The Ordering Party Will Send The Contractor Up To 20 Applications Per Week. The Deadline For Preparing A Draft Decision Is Each 10 Business Days From The Date Of Providing The Contractor With A Photocopy Of The Complete Application For A Decision, And Providing The Ordering Party With Draft Decisions In Paper And Electronic Form - In Doc, Docx Or Rtf Format.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.4. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers For Any Number Of Parts.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Single-Source Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Act. 6. The Ordering Party Will Not Select The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Any Submission
