The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Gardening Works Consisting In Planting Specific Species Of Trees In A Number Of Not Less Than 565 Pieces On Plots Owned By The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune As Part Of The Task Entitled: Compensatory Planting Of Trees In The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune. The Task Includes, Among Others: Soil Preparation, Purchase And Delivery Of Nursery Material, Planting Nursery Material Of Native Species In Indicated Places. In Addition, The Task Includes Securing Nursery Material By Staking, Maintaining The Plantings For Two Years, And All Other Materials And Work Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Works In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Presented In The Service Specification And Documentation Attached To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: - Service Specification - Annex No. 11 To The Swz; - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 12 To The Swz; Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Subject Evidence: The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Subject Evidence In The Proceedings In Question.
