Tenders Are Invited For Collection And Management Of Waste With Codes 20 01 10 (Clothing) And 20 01 11 (Textiles), Originating From The Waste Management Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. Z O. O.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection And Management Of Waste With Codes 20 01 10 (Clothing) And 20 01 11 (Textiles), Originating From The Waste Management Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. Z O. O. Accepted By The Plant As Part Of Selective Waste Collection By Residents.2. The Waste Should Be Transported And Then Managed In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law In An Installation That Has A Decision Authorizing The Processing Of This Waste In The R1 Or R12 Recovery Process, Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1834, As Amended). If The Contractor Envisages Recycling Waste In The R3 And/Or R5 Process, This Should Be Indicated In Point 3 Of The Offer Form.3. Waste Collection Will Be Carried Out By Means Of Transport Organized By The Contractor And At His Expense, Including The Costs Of Transport, Insurance For Transport And Unloading. 4. The Amount Of Waste Is Approximately 300 Mg During The Duration Of The Contract, With The Estimated Amount Of Waste Code 20 01 10 (Clothing) Being Approximately 80% And Waste Code 20 01 11 (Textiles) Being Approximately 20%. The Ordering Party Does Not Have To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Full. 5. Waste Is Stored Loose And/Or In Bags Under A Roof And In This Form It Will Be Loaded Onto The Means Of Transport Provided. 6. The Service Must Be Provided Using The Contractors Or Subcontractors Means Of Transport On Working Days From 7:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. The Place Of Waste Collection Is The Premises Of The Waste Management Plant In Nowy Dwór In The Chojnice Commune. 7. Loading Will Be Done With The Ordering Partys Equipment, Enabling Efficient Filling Of The Contractors Means Of Transport, E.G. Containers, Semi-Trailers, Semi-Trailers With Moving Floors, Etc.8. The Waste Collected By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Be Weighed On The Employers Legalized Scales, Located At Zzo Nowy Dwór. The Ordering Partys Scales Have A Weighing Accuracy Of Up To +/- 20 Kg. Weighing Will Be Confirmed Each Time With A Weighing Receipt.9. Waste Registration Documents, I.E. Waste Transfer Card, Are Prepared Each Time By The Ordering Party Via An Individual Account In The Database On Products, Packaging And Waste Management (Bdo). 10. The Average Weight Of Loading Onto A Moving Floor Semi-Trailer (90M3) Is 15-18 Mg.11. The Average Weight Of Loading Onto A Bathtub Semi-Trailer (50M3?) Is Approximately 8 - 10 Mg.12. The Ordering Party Allows For Entrusting Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor.13. If The Contractor Entrusts Some Tasks To Subcontractors, The Subcontractors Are Obliged To Have Permits, Decisions Required By Law And Entries In Appropriate Registers Regarding The Services Provided. The Ordering Party Allows The Participation Of Contractors Who Only Have Decisions To Collect Waste, Provided That The Waste Is Transferred To Installations That Have Appropriate Decisions To Process Waste.14.
