The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, Equipped With All Operating Fluids And Ready For Immediate Operation. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party (Ul. Jasielska 25, 38-230 Nowy Żmigród). The Vehicle Must Comply With Applicable Standards And Regulations, And In Particular It Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including Technical Conditions Arising From The Road Traffic Law Together With The Implementing Provisions Thereof, And Must Come From An Authorized Sales Channel, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Organize Training For Persons Designated By The Ordering Party In The Operation, Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of The Device At The Ordering Partys Premises. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 4 To The Swz And Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
