Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Tractor With Accessories

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Office Of A Brand New Tractor (Agricultural Tractor) With Accessories, I.E. Snow Plow, Sand Spreader, Rear-Side Flail Mower. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party And Is Responsible For The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Risk Of Loss, Damage, Etc.) Until It Is Received By The Ordering Party.3. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum Guarantee And Warranty For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. Extending The Warranty And Warranty Period For A Complete Set Of An Agricultural Tractor With Accessories Will Be Rewarded With Additional Points. 4. The Task Is Co-Financed Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025–2026.
