The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Supply Of Liquid Fuels For The Operation Of Motor Vehicles And Mechanical Equipment At The Ordering Partys Disposal By Refueling Vehicles And External Tanks Of Equipment In A Cashless System.2. Estimated Quantity: A) Diesel Oil In The Amount Of: 45,954 Liters, B) Unleaded Petrol 95 In The Amount Of: 10,000 Liters. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 7A - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. Specified In Section 2 Quantities Are Only Estimates Determined On The Basis Of The Current State Of Knowledge Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Demand For Fuels Constituting The Subject Of The Order. They Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims Regarding The Amount Of Fuel Actually Purchased During The Term Of The Contract, Not Less Than 50% Of The Amount Indicated In Section 2.4. The Contractor Will Supply Motor Fuels - Unleaded Petrol Pb95 And Diesel Oil, Meeting The Criteria Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels Of June 26, 2024 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018), Diesel Oil Meeting The Requirements Of Pn-En 590+A1:2017-06; Unleaded 95 Gasoline Meeting The Requirements Of Pn-En 228+A1:2017-06/Ap1:2017-11. 5. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Order, The Gas Station Should Be Located At A Maximum Distance Of 7 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, At Ul. Dunina 24 In Ustka.6. If The Contractor Finds That The National Standards Or European Standards Or International Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz May Indicate The Producers Of The Products Or Their Sources Of Origin, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Technical Parameters Of The Products Indicated In This Way Determine The Minimum Expectations Required By The Ordering Party As To The Quality Of The Products To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, In Each Case, Stating That The Description Or Feature Of The Described Product, Which May Indicate The Source Of Origin Or Manufacturer, The Contractor Is Also Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Means Those With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Swz And/Or In The Annexes To The Swz. It Is Also Possible To Demonstrate This Equivalence With Standards Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Burden Is On The Contractor To Indicate Equivalence. When Selecting Equivalent Materials, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Ensure That The Indicators Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Achieved.
