Exhaust Gases, Valid On The Day Of Delivery Of The Car, Min. Euro 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Car Be Complete, Equipped In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Free From Any Defects (Including Legal Defects), Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties And Not Subject To Any Proceedings Or Security, With Parameters And Functionalities Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Together With The Car, The Contractor Will Provide The Vehicle Card (If Issued), Approval Certificate, Hitch Approval, Warranty Book, Service Book, Vehicle Manual In Polish, Winch Manual, Hardtop Manual, Two Sets Of Keys, A Set Of Remote Controls, Spare Wheel, Jack, Wheel Wrench, Fire Extinguisher, Triangle, Warning Vest, Periodic Inspection Schedule With The Scope Of Activities For The Car, List Of Authorized Stations. Service Centers In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And All Documents Necessary To Register The Car In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, On The Basis Of Admission To Traffic (Sales Invoice, Technical Inspection, Etc.). The Car Will Be Collected From The Contractor. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Training Of The Ordering Partys Representatives In The Operation Of The Delivered Vehicle. Description Of Equivalence: A) If The Subject Of The Order Is Related To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Informs That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies And Services Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. B) The Ordering Party Informs That Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
