1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A School Bus For The Needs Of Primary Education In The Fałków Commune. 2. The Car And Its Equipment Are To Be Brand New And Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With The Requirements And Parameters Contained In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Car And Its Equipment Priced In The Offer Form Must Have Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5. If The Contractor Proposes The Subject Of The Order With Worse Parameters And Conditions Than Those Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection As Not Meeting The Conditions Of Swz.6. On The Day Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Complete Set Of Documentation Necessary To Register The Vehicle Pursuant To The Road Traffic Law.7. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected At The Contractors Office. 8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Purchase Co-Financed From The State Budget.
