By New Backhoe Loader, The Ordering Party Understands An Unregistered Or Registered Vehicle, Which Is Offered By An Authorized Dealer And Was Not A Demonstration Vehicle. The Vehicle Has No Traces Of Use, Is Free From Defects, Mechanically Efficient, With The Number Of Engine Hours Resulting From Transport Activities Performed Not Exceeding 15 Mth/Mtg. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended). The Ordering Party Will Accept The Backhoe Loader: 1) By Checking The Compliance Of The Technical Parameters Of The Delivered Vehicle Described In The Vehicle Documents With The Parameters Described In The Swz, 2) By Checking The Compliance Of The Documented Parameters With The Actual Condition Of The Vehicle By Performing A Technical Start-Up Of The Vehicle. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
