Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Brand New 20-Seater Bus Adapted To Transport Disabled People As Part Of The Project: Elimination Of Transport Barriers In The Wojnicz Commune

3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New 20-Seater Bus (19 Passengers + 1 Driver) Adapted To Transport Disabled People, After Dismantling The Seat, Min. One Place Adapted To Anchor A Stroller, The Vehicle Is Equipped With Ramp Rails.3.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including Those In Wheelchairs. The Vehicle Should Have An Approval Certificate Confirming The Adaptation Of The Vehicle To The Transport Of Disabled Persons Or An Approval Certificate For The Base Car And Tests Carried Out By A Diagnostic Station Confirming That After Adaptation It Is A Vehicle Approved For Traffic As A Car Adapted To The Transport Of Disabled Persons In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law.3.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Conditions Specified In The Road Traffic Law Act Of June 20, 1997 (Journal Of Laws 2024.1251, Consolidated Text Of August 2024, 2019), As Well As The Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws 2024.502, Consolidated Text Of April 2024) And The Conditions Provided For By The Provisions Of Community Law In The European Union.3.4. The Delivered Car Should Have A Set Of Documents And Be Prepared For Registration In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, On The Basis Of Admission To Traffic (Sales Invoice, Vehicle Card, Inspection - Technical Examination). The Contractor Will Present Appropriate Certificates For The Components/Accessories Used For Disabled People On The Day Of Collection.3.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Presented Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Ordering Party.
