The Municipal Corporation Of La Florida, Hereinafter Also Called “Comudef” Or “The Corporation”, Has Prepared These Administrative Bases For Public Bidding, Technical Bases And Corresponding Annexes, Which Contain All The Conditions And Technical Specifications That Bidders Must Comply With To Materialize The “Contracting, By Award Lines, Of A Training Service For Educational Establishments Administered By The Municipal Corporation Of Florida - Comudef, Whose Objective Is To Strengthen The Pedagogical And Professional Skills Of Teachers In Comudef Educational Establishments, Through Training That Contributes To The Improvement Of Teaching Practices And The Achievement Of Quality Learning In Students. The Characteristics Of The Service, As Well As The Technical And Performance Conditions Under Which It Must Be Executed, Will Be Defined In The Technical Base. The Foregoing Is Without Prejudice To The Provisions Of This Administrative Base.
