The Individual Sub-Fulfilments Of This Contract Are Therefore: A) Service Desk: The Subject Of The Service Is The Provision Of A Single Point Of Contact (Single Point Of Contact) Of The Service Desk And Communication Channels For Service Users And For The Contracting Party; B) Terminal Support: The Subject Of The Services Is The Provision Of Technical Equipment (Hw) And Software (Sw) Support For Terminal Stations; C) Support Of Other Devices And Small Hw: The Subject Of Performance Is Flat-Rate Services And Services On Demand Related To One Of The Following Devices: Mobile Terminal Device, Modem, Ip Phone, Small Hw, Local Or Network Printer, Multifunction Device, Plotter; D) Lan Support: The Subject Of Performance Is Cabling Patching, Keeping The Documentation Related To Cabling, Sockets And Patch Panels Up-To-Date; E) Services Based On Time & Material: The Subject Is Drawing On The Services Of Specialists In Predefined Roles Based On Individual Orders.
