Pv Installation - In Accordance With Wp No. Wp/054071/2025/O08r00 Of September 2, 2025 And Technical Design. 2. Type Of Structure - Earth, Pile-Type - Execution In Accordance With The Technical Design. Basic Requirements Below Are The Basic Requirements Specified In Relation To The Subject Of The Order And The Bidder, The Inability Of Which To Meet By The Bidder Results In A Negative Assessment And Rejection Of The Offer: 1. The Subject Of The Offer Must Relate To And Be Consistent With The Subject Of The Order Described In Chapter Ii Of The Request For Quotation No. 01A/Reko/Pv/2026 Of August 13, 2026. And Must Take Into Account The Specification Contained In Chapter Iii Of The Request For Proposal No. 01A/Reko/Pv/2026 Of August 13, 2026. 2. Minimum Warranty Periods, Counted From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order: A) For Panels - 25 Years; B) For The Mounting System – 10 Years; C) For The Assembly Structure - 15 Years; D) For The Inverter – 10 Years; E) For Assembly – 3 Years. 3. Minimum Requirements For Warranty Service: A) Handling The Request In Polish; B) Undertaking Service Activities - Immediately After Reporting, I.E. No Later Than Within 24 Hours On Business Days And 48 Hours On Public Holidays From Notification Of The Failure. 4. The Maximum Contract Implementation Period Is 5 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Provided That The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Chapter Ii Point. 7 Points A) To J) Will Be Performed Within A Maximum Of 3 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 5.
