Miscellaneous Data Recorders – Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders For The Supply And Installation Of Leak Pre-Locators At Fixed Stations And Related Equipment In The South Space Territory – Phase 2. This Framework Agreement Consists Particularly Of: • The Preliminary Study Leading To The Geographical Location Of All Fixed Station Pre-Locators And Hydrophone Pre-Locators For Maximum Coverage (1,345Km); • The Supply And Installation Of Leak Pre-Locators And Their Accessories For Permanent Monitoring; • The Supply And Installation Of The Vhf Transmitter Antennas Of The Pre-Locators; • The Supply And Commissioning Of Means Of Communication Via Gsm Network; • Training Of Caesm And Sme (Farmer) Staff In The Use Of The Devices; • Training Of Caesm And Sme (Farmer) Staff In The Use Of The Software For Processing Data From Pre-Locators; • The Proposal For A Maintenance Contract Which Will Begin As Soon As All The Devices Are Installed; The Proposed Contract Will Be Fixed Over A Period Of 5 Years (Start Of Expiry On The Date Of Installation Of The Equipment; • The 5-Year Guarantee On The Equipment And Battery Supplied.
