The Object Of The Contract Is The Assignment Of The Exclusive Right To Perform And Operate Regular Public Long-Distance Road Transport Of Passengers By Bus In The Region Of Attica Through A Concession Contract For Public Passenger Transport Services Pursuant To Regulation 1370/2007. Specifically, The Subject Of The Contract Is The Granting Of The Right To Exclusive Exploitation Of Public Regular Long-Distance Passenger Bus Transport In The Region Of Attica, With An Estimated Value Of €108,000,000.00 Plus Vat [That Is, €10,800,000 Per Year, For Ten (10) Years]. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To A Total Of €108,000,000.00 Excluding Vat Of 13% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €122,040,000.00). Including An Option, If Exercised Under The Terms And Conditions Of Paragraph 4 Of Article 4 Of Regulation (Ec) 1370/2007, The Estimated Value Of The Contract May Amount To €162,000,000.00 Excluding Vat 13% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €183,060,000.00).
