Hotel Services – 16.06 Hotel Stay (2027). Ski Offers A Framework Agreement Regarding The Purchase Of Hotel Stays In Denmark And In Greenland And The Faroe Islands, Called 16.06 Hotel Stays (2027) The Framework Agreement Is Offered As One Overall Agreement With Geographical Coverage In Denmark As Well As In Greenland And The Faroe Islands, Where A Number Of Places Are Reserved In Advance For Hotels In Specific Defined Geographical Areas, Which Are Divided Into Areas And Districts To Ensure A Broad Coverage Of Hotels That Can Meet Skis Customers Purchasing Needs. The Goal Is Thus To Have A Broad Selection Of Hotels Distributed Throughout Denmark And In Limited Areas In Greenland And The Faroe Islands. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Between Ski And The Supplier. Since Several Suppliers Are Assigned, In Practice A Number Of Parallel Framework Agreements Are Entered Into Between Ski And The Suppliers, One For Each Assigned Supplier. The Parallel Framework Agreements Are Identical. Skis Customers Are Original Parties To The Framework Agreement And The Parallel Framework Agreements, And Can Therefore Use These And Comply With Their Obligation To Tender. The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Be Awarded To 267 Hotels. The Process Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Conditions Section 8.3.1. The Customers Allocation Of Supply Contracts Takes Place In Accordance With Appendix D Use Of The Framework Agreement. The State As A Whole Is Obliged To Apply The Framework Agreement. Annexes A And A.1 Show Which Customers Can Use The Framework Agreement.
