The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Requirements Are Specified In The Design Documentation Prepared By Apa Arches Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa With Its Registered Office In Poznań And The Contract Template, Which Constitute Annexes No. 2, 2A And 4 To The Swz. 3. Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Include: 3.1. Basic Order (Guaranteed), Which Includes The Adaptation Of Part Of The Office Building Located At Ul. Orzeszkowa 15 And Al. Jana Pawła Ii 40 Intended For Residential And Commercial Premises, Indicated In Detail In The Design Documentation Prepared By Apa Arches Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa With Its Registered Office In Poznań, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3.2. An Order Covered By The Option Right, Consisting In The Construction Of A Server Room With Technical Rooms, Detailed In The Design Documentation Prepared By Apa Arches Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa With Its Registered Office In Poznań, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2A To The Swz. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Right To Exercise The Option Right Within The Prescribed Period (I.E. Up To 4 Years From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract) At Any Time On The Terms Provided For In The Contract Template. 4. Additional Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Subject Of The Order. 4.1. The Works Will Be Carried Out In A Building That Is Partially Covered By Limited Property Rights. The Contractor Must Absolutely Agree With Orange Polska The Scope Of The Works And The Method Of Their Implementation, Including An Indication Of The Impact The Work May Have On The Orange Polska Infrastructure. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Inform Orange Polska About The Planned Work Schedule. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Obtaining A Decision On An Occupancy Permit. 4.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Industry Supervision And Obtain Acceptance From All Network Operators. 4.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Daily Presence Of The Construction Manager On The Construction Site Under Penalty Of Contractual Penalties. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Organize A Weekly Construction Council With The Participation Of The Construction Manager, People Supervising Specific Construction Stages And Representatives Of The Ordering Party. 4.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Keep Photographic Documentation Of Each Stage Of The Investment Implementation, In Particular In Terms Of Documenting The Execution Of Missing And Hidden Works And Submitting The Photos To The Ordering Party. 4.6. All Works That Are Damaged Or Covered Will Be Accepted By The Ordering Party, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party At Least Two Days In Advance. For All Materials Installed, The Contractor Will Present A Document Permitting Use In Construction Before The Material Is Installed. Continuation Of Works Will Depend On The Inspectors Consent
