Planning Services For Structural Planning For Buildings In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai And In Accordance With Rbbau (As Of 2021) - List Of Ew - Construction (Lph 3 - 4) Are Awarded For The New Construction Of A Fire Station (Main Station) In The Gefübzh Altmark - Barracks In Letzlingen. The Order Will Be Awarded In Stages. Commissioning Additional Service Levels Is An Option Without Any Entitlement To It. The Building Should Be Designed In A Compact, Sustainable, Structurally Simple Manner, Ideally With A High Degree Of Prefabrication Or Modular Construction In Order To Meet The Demands Of Military Use. The Building Is To Be Constructed As A Low-Energy Building (Efficiency Buildingbund 40). The Total Usable Area Is Approx. 1,200 M². The Project Will Be Built On A Vacant Building Site. The Construction Time Should Be Approx. 24 Months. The Estimated Total Construction Costs (Including Pro Rata Additional Construction Costs) Amount To Approximately 8,700,000 Euros. Structural Planning (According To § 51 Hoai) – Fee Zone Iii The Construction Project Is Classified As A Bim Measure. Implementation Of Bim Methodology Is Required. The Bim Master Plan Level Iii Must Be Applied.
