The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Conclusion Of A Public Service Concession Contract, Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 1411-1 Et Seq. Of The Cgct And R. 1411-1 Et Seq. Of The Cgct, As Well As Article L. 1121-3 Et Seq. Of The Third Part Of The Public Procurement Code. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Conclude A Public Service Concession Contract, Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 1411-1 Et Seq. Of The Cgct And R. 1411-1 Et Seq. Of The Cgct, As Well As Article L. 1121-3 And The Third Part Of The Public Procurement Code. As Part Of This Contract, The Concessionaire Will Be Entrusted With The Following Missions In Particular: • The Design And Construction Of The Crematorium And Its Equipment, Including Parking And Landscaping; • Financing Of All The Studies And Work Necessary To Carry Out These Works; • The Upkeep, Maintenance And Management Of All The Works Carried Out, As Well As The Service Equipment; • The Operation Of The Public Service, Of Which The Equipment Is The Headquarters. The Operation Of The Service Will Be Ensured By The Dealer At Its Own Risk. His Remuneration Will Come From Operating Revenues From The Activities For Which He Will Be Responsible.
