Object Of The Procurement The Object Of This Framework Arrangement Is The Provision Of Leasing Services Aimed At State Agencies And Institutions, Organizations Outside The State Budget Economy, Universities And Colleges (Including Universities Of Applied Sciences) And Eu Organizations, Which Include Leasing Financing, A Management Service For The Management Of Leased Objects To Be Financed And Services Related To The Processing Of Leased Objects Returned After The Lease Period, As Well As Other Separately Ordered Services For Customers. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices, Especially In Appendix 1 Object Of Procurement And Requirements. Contract Period The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years. Hansel Oy Has The Right To Extend The Contract Period By One Option Period Of A Maximum Of Two (2) Years Under The Terms Of The Framework Agreement. Scope Of The Framework Arrangement The Framework Arrangement Can Be Used By The Customers Who Are Connected To It, Which Are Listed In Appendix B Customers. In The Appendix, The Estimated Date Of Starting To Use The Framework Arrangement Is Also Described For Each Customer, If It Is Something Other Than The Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement. The Estimated Expected Vat-Free Value (Capital To Be Financed) Of The Leasing Objects Financed By The Framework Arrangement In The Framework Agreement Period (Including The Option Period) Is A Total Of Approximately 70,000,000 To 94,000,000 Euros. The Estimated Value Without Vat Of The Services Offered As A Minimum Requirement To Be Ordered Separately, The Services Offered Voluntarily And Other Additional Services In The Framework Contract Period (Including The Option Period) Is A Total Of Approximately 2,000,000 To 6,000,000 Euros. The Estimated Use And Distribution Of The Leasing Services, Financial Leasing Services And Separately Ordered Services Included In The Framework Arrangement For Different Product Categories And Rental Periods Is Described In Particular In Appendix 3 Prices Of The Request For Tenders. The Maximum Value Of The Capital Financed By The Framework Arrangement, The Services Offered As A Minimum Requirement, The Services Offered Voluntarily And Other Additional Services, Excluding Value Added Tax, In The Framework Agreement Period (Including The Option Period) Is A Total Of 100,000,000 Euros. During The Procurement Preparation Phase, Seven (7) Customers Have Initially Indicated That They Want To Use Their Own Security Agreement. The Estimated Projected Value Without Value Added Tax (Capital To Be Financed) Of Leasing Properties Financed By Joint-Stock Companies And Foundations Is Approximately Eur 36,000,000 In Total. The Figures Are Non-Committal Estimates Based On Information Provided By Customers Who Have Joined The Framework Arrangement, Taking Into Account The Historical Data Related To The Customers Previous Use Of Leasing Services, The Changes Reported By The Customers To This Information, And Hansel Oys Assessment Of The Use Of The Framework Arrangement. Determining The Anticipated Value Of The Acquisition Is Made Difficult By The Fact That The Framework Arrangement Can Be Used To Finance Very Different Objects, The Price Development Of Which Is Difficult To Assess.
